I love being outside to run. I can't convince myself to go on the treadmill unless its dark or something. And spring finally decided to show up. But in the past couple weeks in running I ran into something that hasn't happened in a really long time - shin splints. Ouch. There's nothing like that burning pain in the front of your shins. Then I ran through the neighborhood and walked a few miles to dinner one night to meet my mom. There are LOTS OF HILLS. And I paid for it. So a few days of rest, couple ice massages and now I'm back to new. But I found the tape just in case they come back to try and keep them away.
