So I did it. Minus one technical issue with a bike ride, I finished all the races/runs/rides I was going to do this year. I got faster. Ran in a few new places. Got new running shoes and a new bike. Worked through a couple injuries. And added to my t-shirt collection.
I had fun at all the events. They were alot of fun and well put together. I'm looking forward to doing most of them again. I'm thinking of maybe signing up for a yoga or pilates class this winter to try something new. And to make sure I don't have the hamstrings of an 80-year-old.
I'm hoping that I can still get outside a little more before the weather completely turns and I'm stuck using the treadmill or other equipment.
And I'm thinking next year time to try something new. Push myself a little bit. A 10k? A half-marathon? One last hurrah before I turn 30. Just in case my body can't take it after that...lol.

Good season. Mission accomplished. Finished line crossed.
